Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring at TJ Maxx Store Richmond KY for a role focused on maintaining receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring efficient processing by Associates.

You will help deliver an excellent customer experience, uphold store cleanliness, and model strong service principles. Responsibilities include training staff, organizing backstock, tagging and shelving merchandise, and coordinating with the Coordinator on Duty to keep goods moving to the sales floor.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects and training others.

Responsibilities

• Executing receiving and merchandising standards; ensuring Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent experience and keep store clean and organized.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded; communicate with management on priorities.
• Assist in backroom organization, replenishment, and adherence to safety and labor policies.
