Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and keeping the store organized.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure smooth flow of goods to sales floor.
• Maintains backroom organization and replenishment processes.
• Promotes safety, cleanliness, and adherence to labor laws and policies at all times.
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and loyalty programs.
