Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and merchandising flow to the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is tagged, hung, and coded properly.
• Maintains backroom organization and replenishment processes.
• Follows safety, labor, and store policies and drives loss-prevention efforts.
