You will assist in receiving shipments, ensuring merchandise is properly tagged and stocked, and maintain clean, organized selling areas while partnering with teammates and supervisors.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience (as stated)
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Capable of multi-tasking

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor
• Trains and mentors Associates on established merchandising and processing principles
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Maintains all organizational, cleanliness and recovery standards for the backroom area
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs
