Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing directions.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing of merchandise.
• Maintains accurate tagging, hanging, and stock placement on the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Communicates with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to sales floor.
• Upholds backroom organization, safety, and loss-prevention standards.
• Delivers excellent customer service and supports store goals.
