Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a motivated team member to execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing and a superior customer experience.

You will work with Associates to maintain clean, organized sales floors and support management in achieving daily goals. Key duties include training teammates on merchandising principles, accurately tagging and stocking merchandise, and maintaining backroom organization while complying with store policies and safety

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication required.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience or exposure to leadership/mentoring is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
