Job summary

You will help keep the store clean, organized, and replenished, while training others and upholding safety and policy standards. The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility to work nights and weekends, strong communication, and the ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Capable of multi-tasking
• Able to train others

Responsibilities

• Executing receiving and merchandising standards; ensuring associates are processing efficiently
• Engaging with customers to provide an excellent experience and maintaining a clean store
• Trains and mentors associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded
• Monitors productivity and coaches as necessary
• Supports signages and backroom organization
• Promotes safety, labor laws, and company policies
• Other duties as assigned
