Marshalls, part of the TJX Companies family, is hiring at the Shelby, NC location. This role focuses on executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring a superior customer experience, and training Associates.

The position emphasizes teamwork, organization, and compliance with safety and labor policies while supporting store goals. The role requires flexibility for evenings/weekends, strong communication, and the ability to train others; prior retail and leadership experience is valued.

Formación

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.

• Able to train others.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing processing of merchandise onto the sales floor
• Trains and mentors Associates on established merchandising and processing principles
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty for efficient flow of goods to sales floor
• Monitors productivity of team and coaches as necessary
• Organizes and rotates back stock for easy replenishment
• Maintains merchandising philosophy and signage standards
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
