Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a team-oriented Associate to execute receiving and merchandising duties, ensuring efficient processing and a positive customer experience. You will help keep the store clean, organized, and stocked while following safety and labor guidelines.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, the ability to multitask, and at least 1 year of retail experience with leadership exposure. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Superior communication and organizational skills
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail environment
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation
• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to keep floors stocked
• Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain store cleanliness
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Organize back stock and ensure proper tagging and replenishment
• Communicate with management to maintain smooth flow of goods to the sales floor
• Support store shrink reduction, safety, and compliance with policies
