Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
• Superior communication and organizational skills
• Capable of lifting heavy objects and multitasking
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards
• Ensure associates process efficiently and effectively
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising principles
• Maintain proper tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise
• Coordinate with management to keep goods flowing to the sales floor
• Support store operations and safety procedures
• Assist with backroom organization and stock rotation
