• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure Associates process efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer experience through engagement and store upkeep.
• Model exceptional customer service and train Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, and coded and flows to sales floor.
• Promote safety and compliance with labor laws and policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
