Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is recruiting for a HomeGoods team member in the Salt Lake City area. This role supports receiving, merchandising, and customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

You will help tag, stock, and replenish merchandise while maintaining store standards and brand integrity. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail experience with some leadership exposure, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure associates process efficiently and maintain customer experience.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Tag, hang, and code merchandise.
• Maintain backroom organization and cleanliness.
• Communicate with management on priority and flow of goods.
