Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc.'s HomeGoods in Noblesville, IN is seeking a Receiving/Merchandising Associate to help process shipments, stock the floor, and deliver a superior customer experience. You will train team members, maintain tagging and backroom organization, and support daily store operations with accuracy and pride.

You will work nights and weekends as needed, collaborating with management to uphold safety, pricing, and merchandising standards while driving sales and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• 6 months of leadership experience or supervisory exposure.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient store flow.
• Engage with customers to provide a positive shopping experience.
• Train Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Code, tag, hang and organize merchandise on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with team to meet store goals and safety standards.
