Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and work with peers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to keep the store organized.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise processing to the floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Maintain tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise.
• Promote customer service and a positive store environment.
