Job summary

The TJX Companies, HomeGoods in Knightdale, NC is seeking a Store Associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensure efficient processing, and deliver an exceptional customer experience by engaging customers and keeping the store clean and organized.

You will train team members, tag and code merchandise, rotate back stock, support safety and labor compliance, and partner with management to meet store goals and shrink reduction programs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and training others.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards and ensures associates process efficiently.
• Provides excellent customer service and maintains a clean, organized store.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Tags, hangs, and codes merchandise properly; communicates priorities to ensure flow of goods.
