• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient store operations.
• Create a positive customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Tag, hang, code, and rotate merchandise; ensure proper stock flow to sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Communicate with management to prioritize tasks and monitor productivity.
• Promote safety, labor policies, and adherence to programs.
