The TJX Companies, Inc. Marshalls store in Kennesaw, GA is seeking a Receiving and Merchandising Associate to drive efficient processing, engage customers, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor. You will work to deliver a positive shopping experience and uphold our merchandising standards.

You will also train teammates, coordinate backstock, and support store operations while adhering to safety, loss prevention, and labor guidelines in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Executing receiving and merchandising standards and ensuring efficient processing.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes markup onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintains signage standards and backroom organization.
