Job summary

TJ Maxx, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a team-oriented associate to handle receiving, merchandising, and backroom operations. You will interact with customers, maintain store standards, and support an efficient flow of goods from truck to floor.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards; ensures faster processing to the sales floor.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise flow to the floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded correctly.
• Maintains backroom organization and signage standards; supports safety programs.
