• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing
• Maintains a clean, organized store and provides excellent customer service
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Monitors productivity and coaches as necessary
• Partners with Managers on training needs and priorities
