• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Engages with customers to provide a positive experience and maintains a clean, organized store.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Coordinates with store leadership to prioritize tasks and ensure timely replenishment.
• Maintains accuracy of tagging, hanging, securing, and coding merchandise.
• Supports safety, labor, and loss prevention efforts and adheres to policies.
