Job summary

The TJ Maxx store in Greensboro, NC is seeking a retail associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will guide Associates, maintain store presentation, and ensure efficient handling of merchandise.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role, with the ability to work nights and weekends and lift heavy objects as needed. Competitive benefits apply.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure Associates process merchandise efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer experience and maintain store cleanliness.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing.
• Tag, hang, secure, and code merchandise correctly.
• Communicate with supervisor to ensure flow of goods to sales floor.
• Monitor team productivity and provide coaching as needed.
• Rotate back stock for replenishment and maintain signage standards.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and safety programs.
