Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience through engagement and interaction.
• Ring customer purchases/returns accurately and manage cash handling per SOP.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and maintain store standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor per procedures.
• Support store recovery, safety, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store.
