Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers.
• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized store environment and follow standards.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and count change per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and safety initiatives as needed.
• Maintain all store standards, cleanliness, and recovery across the store.
• Support shrink reduction goals and contribute to safety awareness.
• Other duties as assigned.
