Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months of leadership experience
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Able to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure associates process merchandise efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized store
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Communicate with management to ensure flow of goods and priority tasks
• Promote safety, labor law compliance, and store programs
