SCAD Film Studios (SFS) seeks a backlot production team member to support daily operations at the backlot facility and ensure a safe, efficient environment for classes, productions, and events.
You will assist in training student workers, maintain equipment, and collaborate with the backlot production manager on repairs, cleaning, and updates. Strong safety awareness and basic electrical skills are valued.
As a backlot production team member, you’ll contribute to the university’s mission of preparing talented students for creative professions through engaged teaching and learning in a positively oriented university environment. SCAD Film Studios (SFS) offers world-class production spaces and state-of-the-art technology to student filmmakers, digital media artists, actors, and designers across Georgia's booming entertainment industry.
Work hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
