Responsibilities

• Verify education and employment information provided by candidates.
• Coordinate with third-party screening vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Archive final background screening reports in compliance with data protection laws.
• Assist with regional process standardization and audits.
• Train and onboard new screening staff and contribute improvement ideas.
