Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year leadership experience.
• Two years professional experience in reviewing/auditing documents for background screening.
• Two years professional experience applying state/federal background screening regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate activities related to background checks per Florida statutes.
• Supervise staff, assign work, review progress, and assess performance.
• Ensure staff are trained to process background screening efficiently.
• Review letters and invoices for accuracy, grammar, and clarity.
