Job summary

SplitMetrics ищет Team Lead (Python) для руководства командой инженеров backend/full-stack/QA, ведения работы и обеспечения предсказуемой доставки. У вас будет ответственность за техническую дорожную карту и координацию с данным бизнес-единием.

Требуется 6+ лет Python, лидерские навыки, опыт в data lakehouse и проектной оценке. Вакансия предполагает удаленную работу с гибким графиком и возможность работы в международной среде.

Qualifications

• 6+ лет опыта Python, включая высокопроизводительные дата-системы, например StarRocks.
• 2+ года в роли с техническим лидерством (team lead, tech lead и т.д.).
• Опыт планирования, оценки и реализации сложных проектов (например миграция БД).
• Глубокое знание архитектур data lakehouse.
• Опыт сбора/скрапинга данных.
• Сильное понимание оптимизации производительности и масштабирования.
• Уверенное принятие решений с бизнес-эффектом.
• Умение работать под высокими темпами и управлять trade-offs.
• Уровень английского не ниже B1.

Responsibilities

• Полная ответственность за планирование и реализацию элементов технической дорожной карты.
• Руководство backend, full stack и QA инженерами, организация рабочих процессов и предсказуемость поставки.
• Улучшение точности оценок и сокращение задержек.
• Планирование работ на следующий квартал и участие в много-квартальном планировании с директором Data & AI и Product Manager.
• Поддержка и регулярный обзор реестра технических рисков, управление ими на ранних стадиях.
• Оптимизация сбора данных, пайплайнов, производительности и надежности систем.
• Модернизация устаревших сервисов, улучшение архитектуры и снижение технического долга.
• Сотрудничество с PM, solution architects и другими командами по приоритетам и выравниванию целей.
• Обеспечение документации, видимости и обмена знаниями внутри команды.

Задачи

Take full ownership of planning and delivering technical roadmap items. Lead the backend, full stack and QA engineers in the team, organize day-to-day work and ensure predictable delivery. Improve estimations accuracy and reduce delays. Plan work for the next quarter and contribute to high-level multi-quarter planning together with Director of Data & AI and Product Manager. Maintain and regularly review current technical risks registry. Manage risks early. Optimize data gathering processes, data pipelines, performance, and system reliability. Drive modernization of legacy services, architecture improvements and technical debt reduction. Collaborate with product managers, solution architects and other teams on priorities and alignment. Ensure proper documentation, visibility and knowledge sharing inside the team.

Требования

• 6+ years of Python experience including high-performance data systems, e.g. StarRocks.
• 2+ years in a role with technical leadership responsibilities (team leader, tech lead, etc.)
• Experience with planning, estimation and delivering complex projects, e.g. database migration.
• Deep familiarity with data lakehouse architectures.
• Experience with data gathering / data scraping.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization and scalability principles.
• Confident in owning decisions with business impact.
• Able to work under high delivery pressure and manage trade-offs.
• B1+ English level.
