SplitMetrics — глобальная компания-разработчик ПО, создающая экосистему инструментов для роста мобильного бизнеса. Мы ищем старшего бэкэнд-инженера Python, который будет проектировать и разворачивать масштабируемые сервисы на FastAPI, работать с микросервисами и интеграцией агентов ИИ.

В работе ожидается тесное взаимодействие с командами frontend и ML, обеспечение стабильности и надёжности через AWS, Docker и Kubernetes, а также развитие ETL, MCP-серверов и внешних интеграций.

Formación

• 4+ лет опыта разработки бэкенда на Python.
• Сильный опыт с FastAPI и микросервисной архитектурой.
• Опыт работы с PostgreSQL и S3 (или эквивалентами).
• Опыт асинхронных очередей задач (Celery, Redis, Kafka).
• Production-уровень интеграций с микросервисами: долгие задания, повторные попытки, обработка ошибок.
• Опыт работы с агент-ориентированным ИИ: MCP сервера, агенты, работа с LLM.
• Базовые навыки наблюдаемости (логирование, мониторинг, алертинг).
• Опыт кросс-функциональных команд (front-end, ML).
• Опыт AWS инфраструктуры, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Знакомство с LangChain или агентными рабочими процессами.

Responsabilidades

• Разработка бэкенд-сервисов на Python (FastAPI).

Задачи:

• Design and build backend services in Python (FastAPI).
• Implement async job execution and status tracking (Redis/Celery/Kafka).
• Integrate with LLM services (internal & external).
• Store, version, and serve creative assets efficiently.
• Develop APIs for Creative Dashboard and internal AI agents.
• Build and maintain external MCP servers that expose our platform to third-party AI agents and clients.
• Develop ETL pipelines and ensure data quality across ingestion, transformation, and storage.
• Ensure stability, observability, and cost-efficient inference.

Требования:

• 4+ years Python backend experience.
• Strong FastAPI experience.
• Solid PostgreSQL + S3 (or equivalents).
• Experience with async task queues (Celery, Redis, Kafka).
• Production experience integrating with microservices: long-running jobs, retries, failure handling.
• Solid hands-on experience with agentic AI: building MCP servers, implementing agents, and working with various LLMs and other generative models.
• Genuine enthusiasm for agentic AI and keeping up with how the field evolves.
• Basic observability skills (logging, monitoring, alerting).
• Experience in cross-functional teams (frontend, ML).
• Experience with AWS infrastructure, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with LangChain or agentic workflows.
• Marketing technology background (ad platforms, creative tools).
• Experience with StarRocks (or other OLAP databases, ex. Clickhouse).
