  • SplitMetrics Agency, a full-service mobile marketing agency staffed by top experts.

  • SplitMetrics Optimize, an A/B testing platform recognized as the ASO Tool of the Year.

  • App Radar by SplitMetrics: an ASO platform with advanced keyword and competitor insights.

Why SplitMetrics?
  • For over 11 years, we’ve been at the forefront of the mobile marketing industry, building an ecosystem of market-leading technologies.

  • An Apple Ads Partner, SplitMetrics is the 1st company to build the Apple Ads management platform.

  • Working with top mobile companies and brands globally: Skyscanner, Glovo, Flo, Babbel, Wooga and many more.

  • Generating an impressive transaction volume, with over $1 billion in ad spend flowing through our ecosystem.

  • Integrated AI into our strategic approach since 2023.

  • Effectively collaborate across 20+ countries with a remote-first and supportive culture.

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager to own and drive the Core product direction at SplitMetrics Acquire — a B2B SaaS platform for Apple Ads management.

This role is for someone who connects product decisions to real business outcomes, moves quickly based on market signals and GTM insights, and takes equal ownership of both delivery and adoption. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure we’re not just building fast, but building what truly drives growth and customer value.

The team is responsible for driving campaign performance through optimisations, such as AI Bidding, Keyword Expansion Strategies, and automated rules based on external signals.

What you’ll be doing
Product Strategy & Roadmap
  • Own and drive the quarterly strategy for the core team responsible for the performance optimisation part of the product

  • Define quarterly OKRs and initiatives in collaboration with your product team and aligned with the broader company strategy and OKRs

  • Translate signals from clients, Sales, CS, and the market into product priorities

End-to-End Product Development
  • Lead discovery: client research and data analysis

  • Define the product vision for each initiative you work on from high-level concept to details

  • Write clear, structured PRDs for cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Design)

  • Partner with engineers to drive execution: align on scope, unblock dependencies, support delivery

Adoption & Go-To-Market
  • Partner with Product Marketing on feature positioning and launch communication

  • Work with CS to drive adoption among enterprise clients

  • Define product UX copy (tooltips, banners, onboarding)

  • Track adoption and iterate based on data

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Work in tight alignment with GTM teams (Sales, CS, Marketing)

  • Ensure the product supports Sales in closing and CS in expanding accounts

  • Represent your area with internal and external stakeholders

About you
  • 3+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with enterprise-facing products

  • Experience in mobile UA, AdTech, or performance marketing is a strong plus — you understand the client’s world

  • Experience working on ML products is a plus

  • Strong data fluency: comfortable working with large-scale performance data, experiments, and key metrics

  • Ability to extract insights and make decisions even with imperfect data or analytics setup

  • Solid understanding of A/B testing, incrementality, and optimization logic

  • Proven ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes (revenue, retention, expansion)

  • Experience writing clear, structured PRDs for cross-functional teams

  • Strong prioritization skills, balancing data, business context, and stakeholder input

  • End-to-end ownership mindset — from discovery through delivery to adoption

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and resource-constrained environments

  • Experience with AI-first software development lifecycle (AI prototyping, spec-driven development, personally delivering internal tools) is a plus

  • Ability to align Engineering, Sales, CS, and Marketing without direct authority

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Fluent English (B2+)

What is there for you?
  • Time Off:Vacation and public holidays following your country's regulations. Additional PTOs annually for personal rejuvenation.
