Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking a Software Engineer with hands-on experience in Python and/or Java, REST APIs, microservices, databases, and modern software development practices.

The ideal candidate will build, test, deploy, and support scalable applications in a collaborative Agile environment. The role focuses on backend services and API development, database integration, and CI/CD pipelines using Docker.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field.
• Around 4 years of software development experience.
• Experience building REST APIs with Spring Boot or equivalent framework.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, Git, Linux, testing and the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, work independently, and collaborate effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop backend services, REST APIs, and microservices using Python and/or Java.
• Develop database integrations using relational and NoSQL databases.
• Write clean, maintainable, testable code with appropriate validation and error handling.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, debugging and production support.
• Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with product, QA, business, and data teams to deliver reliable software solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and communicate technical risks, dependencies and delivery progress.
