Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience developing software using Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience building REST APIs and using Spring Boot or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with one relational and one NoSQL database.
• Familiarity with Git, Linux, testing, Agile delivery, and SDLC.
• Ability to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate across teams.
• Technology Profile Area: Relevant technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services, REST APIs, and microservice-based applications using Python and/or Java.
• Build and enhance web applications with JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, and server-side tech.
• Design data access layers for PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB or similar databases.
• Write clean, maintainable, testable code with SOLID principles and proper error handling.
• Create unit and integration tests; participate in code reviews, releases, and production support.
• Containerize and deploy apps using Docker and CI/CD pipelines across cloud or Linux environments.
• Use Git, Maven, Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, and Jira to support development and delivery.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams and communicate tradeoffs, risks, and progress.
