Qualifications

• 2-4 years of software engineering experience developing well-tested, high-performance applications.
• Strong backend engineering skills with proficiency in Go, Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Experience building and consuming APIs (gRPC or REST) and working within microservice architectures.

Responsibilities

• Develop Core Backend Services: Design, implement, and maintain robust backend microservices and APIs that power our One-Click Title & Escrow, Insurance, Mortgage, and Home Warranty workflows.
• Contribute Across the Stack: While primarily backend-focused, contribute to frontend development using React and TypeScript for full-stack delivery.
• Deliver Features End-to-End: Independently deliver small to mid-sized components and collaborate on more complex designs.
• Enhance Operational Excellence: Improve metrics, monitoring, and participate in on-call rotations for reliability.
• Drive Quality and Testing: Write high-quality code with comprehensive tests to prevent regressions.
• Act as a Component SME: Become SME on internal components or tools and mentor interns.
• Collaborate in Agile Workflows: Participate in code reviews, planning, and design discussions.
