Tebra is seeking a talented SDE1 Back-End Engineer to lead the development of our Practice Management platform. You will design and implement architectural changes to modernize the platform and maintain critical services that power our operations.

Join a dynamic team building scalable solutions with Java, Spring Boot, and cloud technologies, collaborating with product managers and cross-functional partners. A bachelor’s degree and 1+ year of software development are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• 1+ years of software development experience.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures and algorithms.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Preferred: experience with Spring, version control, and relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications using Spring Boot, Java, and cloud technologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to architect robust solutions.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure clean, maintainable code.
• Participate in Agile processes and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint planning.
