Job summary

ComplyAdvantage is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Transaction Services team within the Platform Tribe. You will help build backend platform components powering our SaaS-based transaction monitoring solutions and enable new client offerings.

You will work with Kotlin/Java, AWS/GCP, Kafka, Postgres and Docker/Kubernetes, collaborating with ML engineers, data scientists and other engineers to scale systems and ship reliable software. Hybrid work with in-office two days weekly.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience writing production-grade Kotlin or Java based applications.
• Experience with containerisation and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with APIs handling high traffic or data processing pipelines.
• Ability to own software from idea to production and write tests.

Responsibilities

• Write new features to orchestrate complex workflows and support large-scale data migrations.
• Join a scrum team and contribute to architectural decisions and team discussions.
• Write tests and own the systems ensuring code quality.
• Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, and other software engineers within the Platform Tribe.
