Job description

• Break larger projects into individual tasks, deliver them in phases, and collaborate to ensure timely delivery
• Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics throughout the product development lifecycle, contributing to ideation, communicating technical constraints, and weighing risks and trade-offs
• Support the operations and availability of team artifacts by creating and monitoring metrics, escalating issues, and contributing to on-call efforts
• Participate in team growth and development activities, including the interview process

Требования:

• 1.5+ Years of experience as a software engineer
• Experience designing, developing, and launching backend systems
• Proficiency in Python or Kotlin
• Familiarity with distributed systems, AWS, MySQL, and Spark
• Ability to turn simple problems or business scenarios into solutions involving multiple software components
• Ability to write clear, well-tested, extensible code
• Comfortable navigating large codebases, debugging others’ code, and reviewing code
• Proactively seek feedback and take ownership of professional growth
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with a global engineering team

Base pay range in Spain: €73 000 - €109 000 per year
