Qualifications

• 3+ years professional backend Python development.
• Experience in system design and scalable architecture.
• Experience with API integrations.
• Experience deploying applications in cloud environments using Docker.
• Proficiency with data and databases.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals (testing, code reviews, CI/CD).
• Ability to mentor and inspire team members.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python
• Architect efficient solutions integrating various technologies, including LLMs and NLP
• Implement and optimize speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) systems
• Lead system design and architecture discussions
• Apply best practices in testing, CI/CD, and code quality
