Qualificações

• 3–6 years of backend-leaning full-stack experience.
• Production experience building systems for enterprise customers with data pipelines or enterprise integrations.
• Comfort shipping user interfaces with TypeScript and React; Python experience is preferred.
• Experience with relational and vector databases and cloud environments.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Experience at both a large company and an early-stage startup with ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Build backend systems for agent evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Improve data models for evaluation datasets, experiment runs, agent traces, knowledge versions, findings, and customer-defined quality criteria.
• Own enterprise integrations across authentication, OAuth, webhooks, incremental syncs, backfills, rate limits, retries, monitoring, and production support.
• Take features from technical design and implementation through deployment, monitoring, customer feedback, and iteration.
• Work with customers to understand their systems, diagnose failures, and turn specific needs into reusable product capabilities.
