Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Software Engineer for the Tokenization team to build backend services that enable tokenized equities and on-chain settlement on the Robinhood Chain. The role supports offices in Menlo Park, Toronto or New York City with in-person attendance required at least 3 days per week.

You will design, implement, and ship features with a strong focus on correctness, scalability, and security in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Backend-focused with cloud-native architectures.
• Interest in blockchain fundamentals or willingness to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy backend services for tokenized equities.
• Develop features and platform enhancements for correctness and scalability.
• Integrate with traditional market infrastructure and on-chain systems.
• Improve system performance, engineering productivity, and risk reduction.
