Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Go, or Python with strong data structures and algorithms.
• Solid understanding of backend development and the lifecycle of a production-grade service.

Responsibilities

• Core Service Development: Design, build, and deploy production-grade, highly concurrent services.
• System Scalability & Reliability: Improve reliability, performance, and efficiency for large-scale enterprise traffic.
• Architectural Design: Lead design reviews, address technical debt, plan future system architecture.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with SRE and Infrastructure to build CI/CD and monitoring.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure high availability via code reviews and compliance improvements.
