Responsibilities

• Develop code samples, debugging approaches, and backend solutions in Python3/Java/Go/Rust/C++/TypeScript.
• Identify and fix backend bugs, data-handling issues, and bottlenecks.
• Build APIs and database logic for features of varying scope.
• Improve existing backend code and queries for clarity and efficiency.
• Create reproducible environments and golden reference solutions for backend problems.
• Document reasoning and decisions to support AI training data quality.
• Review peer submissions for correctness and clarity.
