Job summary

ADN Group is hiring a Software Developer to support AI training environments in a permanent remote contract role in the United States. You will develop RL environments, debug real-world code, and build features across Python, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.

The role emphasizes clean, maintainable coding, thorough documentation, and collaboration to ensure high-quality AI training data. 4+ years of software development experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on development experience with any of: Python3, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering fundamentals.
• Ability to debug real-world code, identify root causes, and implement clean solutions.
• Comfortable learning unfamiliar technologies and documenting development approaches.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear code samples, debugging approaches, and software engineering solutions.
• Work with Python3, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs across codebases.
• Build features with clean, maintainable coding practices.
• Create reproducible environments and golden reference solutions for problems.
• Refactor and improve existing code for readability and maintainability.
• Document technical reasoning and code decisions for AI training data quality.
• Review peer contributions for correctness and quality.
