Job summary

micro1 is seeking a contractor to help train next-generation AI systems. This remote role offers flexible hours (about 15 hours per week) and asks for strong backend coding skills across languages such as Java, Node.js, Go, Rust, Typescript, Python, or C++.

You will design real-world input tasks to teach models to learn, reason, and perform reliably. You'll create realistic coding challenges, implement deterministic verifiers, and ensure tasks meet project specifications.

Qualifications

• Strong backend experience across Java, Node.js, Go, Rust, Typescript, Python, C++ or similar.
• Track record building scalable services and APIs.
• Comfort with debugging, performance work and automated testing.
• Solid code review instincts.

Responsibilities

• Train next-generation AI systems by creating high-quality real-world input.
