Qualifications

• 3–5 years of backend development experience.
• Practical experience in C or Java; strong skills in other languages.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP basics.
• DB schema design (RDB/NoSQL) and efficient queries.
• Web application development and secure coding practices.
• Japanese language proficiency (native or JLPT N1/N2).

Responsibilities
