Job summary

Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedding in the transaction flow of every dollar spent. We automate how over $200B in annual spend flows through thousands of companies.

Join our Ops Engineering team to design, implement, and scale internal tooling that enables operators to serve customers more efficiently. You’ll work with Retool, Zendesk, and our internal APIs to push our platform forward.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience shipping production applications.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript/Node.js, and frontend frameworks like React/Next.js.

Responsibilities

• Design and build full-stack internal applications and tools for operations teams.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs powering internal tooling.
• Create integrations with Retool, Zendesk, and other systems.
• Leverage AI tooling to automate workflows and improve productivity.
• Develop data-driven features and analytics for better visibility.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Write clean, tested code and participate in code reviews.
• Own features end-to-end from design to deployment, including on-call responsibility.
