Expedia Group is a global travel company delivering trusted technology and experiences for travelers and partners. This backend-focused role designs, builds, and evolves scalable services, APIs, and data models, collaborating across teams to deliver end-to-end backend capabilities.

You will participate in code reviews, improve system observability, and safely integrate AI/ML-enabled components, while maintaining secure, reliable operations across distributed services.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 2+ years of professional software development delivering backend services.
• Proficiency in at least one modern language and API/data modeling.
• Experience with service-oriented or microservice architectures and API consumption.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and evolve reliable backend services and APIs (LLD) for product capabilities.
• Deliver backend features through the full software development lifecycle with testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and partners to integrate services across domains.
• Improve code quality, reliability, and performance through observability and security practices.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing; support AI/ML-enabled solutions in production.
