Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience designing, developing and launching backend systems using Python or Kotlin.
• Familiar with distributed systems and technologies like AWS, MySQL and Kubernetes.
• Ability to translate problems into well-tested, extensible code.

Responsibilities

• Break down projects into tasks and deliver in multiple phases.
• Collaborate with product, design & analytics throughout the lifecycle.
• Support operations and on-call efforts, monitor metrics and escalation.
• Contribute to team growth and participate in interview processes.
