Qualifications

• Build and own production backend systems from concept to deployment.
• Work on systems handling incomplete data and real-time information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend and product.
• Own customer outcomes and ensure reliability and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement production backend services from inception to deployment.
• Own complete systems and customer outcomes, not just individual services.
• Develop clear data models for complex infrastructure.
• Build ingestion pipelines for messy customer data and ensure reliability.
