Job summary

CHAOS Industries is seeking backend and cloud engineers to design and operate the secure cloud platform behind advanced radar systems. You will work with software, hardware, and systems teams to ingest, process, and deliver mission-critical sensor data at scale.

This high-ownership role invites architecture input, production systems development, and foundation shaping for a rapidly evolving platform. Strong fundamentals and quick learning are valued across the team.

Qualifications

• Strong backend and cloud engineering fundamentals with the ability to learn quickly.
• Experience with Azure or other major cloud platforms is a plus.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), Kubernetes, containers, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate secure, scalable Azure infrastructure powering radar systems and backend services.
• Develop high-performance services that process real-time sensor data with low latency and security at scale.
• Define infrastructure as code, automate deployments, and improve the platform with DevOps practices.
• Own observability, monitoring, and reliability to keep production systems secure and dependable.
