• Contribute technically to projects and participate in planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical tasks
• Establish credibility through the quality of individual and team technical execution
• Use AI to accelerate delivery by delegating routine implementation, generating tests and documentation, and assisting with debugging and refactoring, while taking ownership of shipped code
• Ask questions, brainstorm, and take ownership of the product being built
• Work closely with product management to build the best products for users

Требования

• Solid software development experience
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases, including MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis, or Memcached
• Knowledge of AWS and Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform or CloudFormation
• Validate, refactor, and take accountability for AI-generated output
• Write structured prompts for multi-step tasks and maintain project-level AI context using CLAUDE.md or rules files
• Identify bugs and gaps in AI-generated output before production
• Exercise judgment about when to use AI and when to override it; use AI for debugging, performance analysis, and complex refactoring while owning the outcome
• Approach challenges with a technical and user-first mindset
• Collaborate across teams and share knowledge
